Tomato Cabbage Soup

1 Pound Cabbage, cored and shredded
1 Onion, chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
2 Cups Anything Stock
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
3 Tbsp Camelina Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
½ Cup Roasted Chicken
8 sprigs Thyme, stripped and chopped
1 Tbsp Salt
Pot with Lid
Box Grater (Food Processor with Shredder Attachment)
Heat large Pot and add Oil. Once it shines, add Onion, Garlic, Salt, and Thyme, then sweat until translucent.
Add Cabbage and cook until soft.
Add Tomato Sauce and bring to a simmer.
Then add Stock, Honey, and Chicken and bring to a simmer.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week
Add extra Vegetables in place of Chicken for a vegetarian soup.
Add some cooked grain like Farro.
Use different Herbs that are on hand.
