How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • If Spinach leaves are large, tear into smaller pieces.

  • Add all ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth.

Bonus!

  • Try Kale instead of Spinach.

  • Substitute Hazelnut Butter in place of Sunflower Seed Butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Spinach (loosely packed)

  • ½ Cup Whole Milk

  • ¼ Cup Yogurt

  • small handful Strawberries, hulled

  • 2 Tbsp Rhubarb Jam or Strawberry Jam

  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter

  • 1 ½ Tsp Honey

Tools

  • Blender

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Mason Jar

Storage

  • Mason Jar in the Fridge for up to 24 hours.
