Spinach Pumpkin Butter Smoothie

How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • If Spinach leaves are large, tear into smaller pieces.

  • Add all Ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth.


  • Try different varieties of Leafy Greens.

  • Prefer apple flavor? Use our Apple Butter in place of Pumpkin Butter.

  • Try a combination of Apple and Pumpkin Butters!

  • Use other types of Milk if you are lactose intolerant or prefer other types of dairy alternatives.


  • 2 Cups Spinach (stem and large ribs removed), loosely packed

  • ½ Cup Milk (Whole Milk)

  • ¼ Cup Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Butter

  • 1 ½ tsp Honey


  • Blender

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Mason Jar


  • Mason Jar in the Fridge for up to 24 hours.
