Spinach and Apple Butter Smoothie

Gather Ingredients and Tools and wash Spinach.
If Spinach leaves are large, tear into smaller pieces.
Add all ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth.
Try Kale instead of Spinach.
Substitute Hazelnut Butter in place of Sunflower Seed Butter.
2 Cups Spinach (loosely packed)
½ Cup Whole Milk
¼ Cup Yogurt
4 Tbsp Apple Butter
2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
1 ½ Tsp Honey
Mason Jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
