Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash

  • 2 Tbsp Fat

  • 2 tsp Salt

Tools:

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Half Sheet Tray

  • Parchment Paper

  • Spoon

  • Fork

  • Airtight Container

How to:

  1. Preheat over to 400F°.

  2. Cut a little off the bottom and the root off the top of the Squash, then stand on bottom side and slice down the middle.

  3. Scoop out seeds and discard.

  4. Pour 1 Tbsp Fat into each half where seeds were, then use hands to spread Fat all over and season with Salt.

  5. Place face down on Sheet Tray lined with Parchment Paper and cook until “meat” side is fork tender.

  6. Use a fork to scrape cooked Squash into spaghetti “noodles” and enjoy!

Storage:

Bonus!

  • Treat the Squash a regular Spaghetti and add anything you like - Sauce, Meat, other Veg.

  • Add Herbs or Garlic while cooking .

  • Dust with Spices.
