How to

  • Preheat over to 400F°.

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools, prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Put Squash, Onion and Garlic in a Bowl and toss with Oil and Salt.

  • Place on a Parchment lined Sheet Tray and roast in the Oven.

  • Done when fork tender and caramelized, roughly 30 minutes.


Bonus!

  • Add other Root Vegetables.

  • Try different Herbs or Spices.

  • Try different Onion varietals.

  • Toss with a little Red Wine Vinegar.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium Kabocha or other Winter Squash, peeled and cubed into ½” pieces

  • 1 Red Onion, ¼” slices

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped

  • 3 Tbsp Camelina Oil

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

  • Pot

  • Spoon

  • Measuring Cups

  • Measuring Spoon

  • Bowl 

  • Sheet Tray

  • Parchment Paper

Storage

  • Airtight Container in Refrigerator for up to 5 days.
