Roasted Delicata Squash

Total: 45 Minutes
Preheat over to 450F°.
Gather Ingredients and Tools, prep Ingredients as indicated.
Place Squash into a Bowl, drizzle Oil and toss, then sprinkle Salt onto Squash and toss again.
Place Squash on a Foil line Half Sheet Baking Tray and roast until golden brown and delicious, about 30 minutes.
Delicata Squash skin is edible! Eat along with the flesh.
Try adding any Spices or Herbs you prefer like Thyme or Sage.
Use Roasted Squash in any Saute or Salad.
Try dehydrating for a crispy snack!
2 Pounds Delicata Squash, halved, de-seeded, cleaned, and sliced into ½” moons
3 Tbsp Camelina Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
Half Sheet Baking Tray
Airtight Container in Refrigerator for up to 5 days.
