How to

  • Preheat over to 450F°.

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools, prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Place Squash into a Bowl, drizzle Oil and toss, then sprinkle Salt onto Squash and toss again.

  • Place Squash on a Foil line Half Sheet Baking Tray and roast until golden brown and delicious, about 30 minutes.

Bonus!

  • Delicata Squash skin is edible! Eat along with the flesh.

  • Try adding any Spices or Herbs you prefer like Thyme or Sage.

  • Use Roasted Squash in any Saute or Salad.

  • Try dehydrating for a crispy snack!



Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Delicata Squash, halved, de-seeded, cleaned, and sliced into ½” moons

  • 3 Tbsp Camelina Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Tools

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Half Sheet Baking Tray

  • Foil

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Airtight Container

Storage

  • Airtight Container in Refrigerator for up to 5 days.
