Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

  • 1 Pound Brussel Sprouts, rinsed and cut in half

  • ½ Cup Easy Bake Bacon

  • 3 Tbsp Bacon Fat or Camelina Oil

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Salt

  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp Mustard


  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Half Sheet Tray

  • Parchment Paper

  • Bowl

  • Whisk

  • Spoon

  • Airtight Container

How to:

  • Preheat oven to 425F°.

  • Place Brussel Sprouts in bowl and toss with Bacon Fat or Camelina Oil and Salt, then place on Sheet Tray lined with Parchment Paper.

  • Roast until GBD (Golden Brown and Delicious).

  • Remove from Oven and, while still warm, add Easy Bake Bacon, Mustard, and Vinegar and toss.


  • Leftovers can be kept in airtight container in fridge for up to 4 days.


  • Add different Herbs or Garlic.

  • Add to Anything Scramble.

  • Serve with any Protein.

  • Add Mayonnaise with Vinegar and Mustard to coat Brussel Sprouts with extra creaminess.
