Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

1 Pound Brussel Sprouts, rinsed and cut in half
½ Cup Easy Bake Bacon
3 Tbsp Bacon Fat or Camelina Oil
1 ½ Tbsp Salt
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Mustard
Half Sheet Tray
Preheat oven to 425F°.
Place Brussel Sprouts in bowl and toss with Bacon Fat or Camelina Oil and Salt, then place on Sheet Tray lined with Parchment Paper.
Roast until GBD (Golden Brown and Delicious).
Remove from Oven and, while still warm, add Easy Bake Bacon, Mustard, and Vinegar and toss.
Leftovers can be kept in airtight container in fridge for up to 4 days.
Add different Herbs or Garlic.
Add to Anything Scramble.
Serve with any Protein.
Add Mayonnaise with Vinegar and Mustard to coat Brussel Sprouts with extra creaminess.
