Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.
Bring Vinegar, Honey, and Herbs to a boil in a Pot on the stove.
Add Cherries to Mason Jar and pour Vinegar mixture over and let cool for 30 minutes before putting into the refrigerator.
Try adding different Herbs or Spices to the Vinegar mixture.
Use Apple Cider Vinegar if using Rainier Cherry variety.
1 Pound Cherries, stemmed and pitted
¾ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
4 Sprigs Mint
4 Sprigs Thyme
Airtight Container in the Refrigerator for 6 Months.
