Gather Ingredients and Tools, then prep Ingredients as indicated.
In a Pot, boil water and place Peaches in to submerge, then cook for 1 minute.
Remove Peaches and place in a Bowl of Ice Water to cool, then peel Peaches.
Combine all ingredients into a Pan over medium heat, stirring until Honey is incorporated.
Reduce heat to medium low, then cover and cook until tender.
Remove from heat, place in Airtight Container (like Mason Jars) and chill.
Try adding Herbs or Spices to add flavor and varying levels of sweet or savory.
Select the ripest Peaches for better color and flavor.
Increase or decrease amount of Honey for desired sweetness.
3 ½ Pounds Peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
1 ½ Cup Honey
1 ½ tsp Salt
Pan with Lid
Airtight Container for up to 3 months in the Fridge or 6 Months in the Freezer.
