How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools, then prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • In a Pot, boil water and place Peaches in to submerge, then cook for 1 minute.

  • Remove Peaches and place in a Bowl of Ice Water to cool, then peel Peaches.

  • Combine all ingredients into a Pan over medium heat, stirring until Honey is incorporated.

  • Reduce heat to medium low, then cover and cook until tender.

  • Remove from heat, place in Airtight Container (like Mason Jars) and chill.



Bonus!

  • Try adding Herbs or Spices to add flavor and varying levels of sweet or savory.

  • Select the ripest Peaches for better color and flavor.

  • Increase or decrease amount of Honey for desired sweetness.



Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Pounds Peaches, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 ½ Cup Honey

  • 1 ½ tsp Salt


Tools

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Measuring Cup

  • Large Pot

  • Pan with Lid

  • Bowl

  • Spoon

  • Airtight Container


Storage

  • Airtight Container for up to 3 months in the Fridge or 6 Months in the Freezer.
