Gather Tools and Ingredients, then prep Ingredients as indicated.
In a Bowl, combine Vinegar and Honey and mix to loosen up the Honey
Add Melon and Mint to the Bowl and mix.
Sprinkle Salt over top and mix.
1 Medium Melon, ½ cubes
6 Sprigs Mint, stemmed and roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
Airtight Container in the Refrigerator for 5 days.
