Melon Salad

How to

  • Gather Tools and Ingredients, then prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • In a Bowl, combine Vinegar and Honey and mix to loosen up the Honey

  • Add Melon and Mint to the Bowl and mix.

  • Sprinkle Salt over top and mix.


  • Try mixing different Melons.

  • For some heat, add our Cowboy Candy Jalapenos or our Cowboy Candy Honey Mixture.

  • Try different types of Herbs.

  • Make a traditional Salad by adding some Greens.

  • Add crunch with some toasted Nuts and hard Cheese.

  • Combine with Yogurt for some protein.


  • 1 Medium Melon, ½ cubes

  • 6 Sprigs Mint, stemmed and roughly chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tsp Salt


  • Cutting Board

  • Knife

  • Spoon

  • Measuring Cups

  • Measuring Spoon

  • Airtight Container


  • Airtight Container in the Refrigerator for 5 days.
