Kale Apple Butter Smoothie

2 Cups Lacinato Kale (loosely packed)
½ Cup Whole Milk
¼ Cup Yogurt
4 Tbsp Apple Butter
2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
1 ½ Tsp Honey
Remove the ribs and stem from the Kale leaves and chop into quarter size pieces.
Add all ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a Mason Jar and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Try different varieties of Kale or other leafy greens.
Try Hazelnut Butter.
