Kale Apple Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Lacinato Kale (loosely packed)

  • ½ Cup Whole Milk

  • ¼ Cup Yogurt

  • 4 Tbsp Apple Butter

  • 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter

  • 1 ½ Tsp Honey

Tools:

  • Blender

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Mason Jar

How to:

  • Remove the ribs and stem from the Kale leaves and chop into quarter size pieces.

  • Add all ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth.

Storage:

  • Pour into a Mason Jar and keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

  • Try different varieties of Kale or other leafy greens.

  • Try Hazelnut Butter.
