Honey Mustard Dressing

Gather Ingredients and Tools, the prep Ingredients as indicated.
In the Mason Jar, combine Thyme, Vinegar, Salt and Honey, Mustard and whisk to combine.
Slowly whisk in Oil.
Use some right away for a salad, then store for up to 2 weeks. When ready to use again, remove from the Fridge and bring to room temp, then shake to re-combine Ingredients.
Try using different fresh Herbs.
Depending on how much you enjoy Mustard, you can increase or decrease the amount for your desired taste.
Try using this dressing a dip for fresh vegetables.
1 Cup Oil
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Thyme, stemmed, chopped
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Mustard
2 tsp Salt
Mason Jar at room temperature for up to 3 days or 2 weeks in the Fridge.
