Preheat oven to 350° F.
Gather Ingredients and Tools.
Line Half Sheet Baking Tray with Parchment Paper.
In a Bowl combine Oats, Nuts, Seeds, Oil, and Salt and then mix.
Pour in Honey and stir until everything is evenly coated and has a sheen, then pour onto Sheet Tray.
Spread on the Sheet Tray to achieve an even layer for even cooking.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool for roughly 45 minutes, then break up Granola with your hands.
Add Dried Fruit, then stir to incorporate Fruit.
Try different varieties of Nuts and Dried Fruits.
Add Spices to change the flavor.
4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cups Hazelnuts, chopped
½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds
⅔ Cup Dried Cherries
½ Cup Camelina Oil
½ Cup Honey
1 Tsp Salt
Half Sheet Baking Tray
Airtight Container (like a Mason Jar)
Airtight Container (Mason Jar or other) at room temp for 1 week.
Airtight Container in the Freezer for 6 months.
