Half Sheet Tray
4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cups Hazelnuts
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
⅔ Cup Dried Cherries
½ Cup Camelina Oil
½ Cup Honey
1 Tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line Sheet Tray with Parchment Paper.
In a Bowl combine Oats, Nuts/Seeds, Oil, and Salt and mix.
Pour in Oil and Honey and stir until everything is evenly coated and has a sheen, then pour onto Sheet Tray.
Spread on the Sheet Tray to achieve an even layer for even cooking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool for roughly 45 minutes, then break up Granola with your hands.
Add Dried Fruit, then stir to incorporate Fruit.
Try different varieties of Nuts and Dried Fruits.
Add Spices to change the flavor.
Place in an airtight container (like a Mason Jar for room temp storage).
Granola will last at room temp for 1 week.
Granola will keep in the freezer for 6 months.
