Tools:

  • Half Sheet Tray

  • Parchment Paper

  • Bowl

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Mason Jar

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups Rolled Oats

  • 1 Cups Hazelnuts

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • ⅔ Cup Dried Cherries

  • ½ Cup Camelina Oil

  • ½ Cup Honey

  • 1 Tsp Salt


How to:

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • Line Sheet Tray with Parchment Paper.

  • In a Bowl combine Oats, Nuts/Seeds, Oil, and Salt and mix.

  • Pour in Oil and Honey and stir until everything is evenly coated and has a sheen, then pour onto Sheet Tray.

  • Spread on the Sheet Tray to achieve an even layer for even cooking.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden.

  • Let cool for roughly 45 minutes, then break up Granola with your hands.

  • Add Dried Fruit, then stir to incorporate Fruit.

Bonus!

  • Try different varieties of Nuts and Dried Fruits.

  • Add Spices to change the flavor.

  • Place in an airtight container (like a Mason Jar for room temp storage).

  • Granola will last at room temp for 1 week.

  • Granola will keep in the freezer for 6 months.
