How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in a Large Sauté Pan over medium high heat, then add half of the Green Beans and sauté until golden.

  • Make a well in the middle of the Green Beans, then add 1 Tbsp Butter, half of the Garlic and half of the Salt.

  • Cook Garlic until fragrant, add half of the Apple Cider Vinegar and stir in the Pan while Vinegar steams off.

  • Transfer to a Bowl and repeat.

Bonus!

  • Add some toasted Seeds to the Bowl and mix to add a nutty flavor.

  • Try adding some fresh chopped Herbs to the Bowl.

  • ½ Pound Greens Beans, ends removed

  • 6 Medium Cloves Garlic, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Airtight Container

Storage

  • Airtight Container in the Refrigerator for 4 days.
