How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools, then prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Place Eggs, Onions, Arugula, Mustard, Mayonnaise, and Salt in a Bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Add Apple Cider Vinegar to taste.

  • If more Salt is necessary, add to your liking.

Bonus!

  • Experiment with other Vegetables or Fermented Garlic.

  • Add Spices to change or add flavor.

  • Try different Onion varietals or Pickled Carrots.

  • Make a sandwich by putting several scoops of Egg Salad between two slices of Bread.
