Ingredients:

  • 8 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 Cup Radicchio, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Red Onion, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Mustard

  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ tsp Salt

Tools:

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Bowl

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Spoon

  • Airtight Container

How to:

  • Place Eggs, Onions, Radicchio, Mustard, Mayonnaise, and Salt in a Bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • Add Apple Cider Vinegar to taste.

  • If more salt is necessary, add more to your liking

Bonus!

  • Add other Vegetables that you like.

  • Add Spices to change or add flavor.

  • Try different Onion varieties.

  • Make a sandwich by putting several scoops of salad between two slices of Bread.
