Gather Ingredients and Tools.
In a Pot bring Liquid to a boil over high heat.
Add Amaranth and reduce heat to a simmer, then cover and cook for roughly 20 minutes until all Liquid is absorbed.
Transfer to a Sheet Tray to cool quickly.
Try adding some aromatics to the Pot, such as fresh Thyme, Oregano, or even Garlic and Onion.
For a porridge consistency, add another ½ Cup of Liquid.
