How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools.

  • In a Pot bring Liquid to a boil over hight heat.

  • Add Amaranth and reduce heat to a simmer, then cover and cook for roughly 20 minutes until all Liquid is absorbed.

  • Transfer to a Sheet Tray to cool quickly.

Bonus!

  • Try adding some aromatics to the Pot, such as fresh Thyme, Oregano, or even Garlic and Onion.

  • For a porridge consistency, add another ½ Cup of Liquid.
