How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools, then prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • In a Bowl combine shredded Cabbage and Salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes.

  • In a separate Bowl whisk Mayonnaise, Garlic, Mustard, and Apple Cider Vinegar.

  • Pour off any liquid released from Cabbage, then add Apples and Aioli mixture and mix.

  • Taste and add more Salt/Vinegar as desired.

  • 4 Cups Cabbage, shredded

  • 1 Apple, sliced into sticks

  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 4 Tbsp Oil

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp Mustard

  • ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp Salt
