Gather Ingredients and Tools, then prep Ingredients as indicated.
In a Bowl combine shredded Cabbage and Salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a separate Bowl whisk Mayonnaise, Garlic, Mustard, and Apple Cider Vinegar.
Pour off any liquid released from Cabbage, then add Apples and Aioli mixture and mix.
Taste and add more Salt/Vinegar as desired.
4 Cups Cabbage, shredded
1 Apple, sliced into sticks
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
4 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Mustard
½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Salt
Box Grater (Food Processor with Shredder Attachment)
Airtight Container for up to 5 days in the Fridge.
