Yield: 8 People
Work: 10 Minutes
Total: 1 Hour
Preheat oven to 375°F
Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.
Remove any large Stalks with fibrous skin from the outside of the Celery Heads.
Place Celery in Glass Baking Dish, cut side up.
Add the rest of the Ingredients into the Baking Dish, cover with Foil, and place in the Oven for 30-45 Minutes (until fork tender).
Try adding any Herbs or Spices you prefer.
Add some other Vegetables into the Baking Dish to add flavor or to eat with the Celery.
If you don’t have Stock, substitute Water.
The root ball at the bottom of the Head can be firm so don’t test for doneness there. Instead test the stalks themselves.
Any leftovers can be blended into a simple Soup.
