Autumn Delicata Squash Salad

Gather Tools and Ingredients, then prep Ingredients as indicated.
In a Small Pot, heat 1 Tbsp Butter, Caramelized Onions, chopped Sage, and Roasted Delicata Squash until warm.
Add Cooked Farro and 2 Tbsps Butter and warm.
Season with Salt.
Once plated, garnish with crumbled Cheese and Pickled Carrots.
Try adding in raw spicy Greens or torn Lettuce at the end.
Add any other cooked or pickled Vegetables or different Herbs.
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds adds a nice crunch, or use any other toasted Nut on hand.
Toss with our Honey Mustard Dressing for extra flavor!
2 Cups Roasted Delicata Squash
4 Cups Cooked Farro
1 Cup Caramelized Onions
½ Cup Pickled Carrots
½ Cup Cheese, Feta or crumbling variety
1 Tbsp Sage, chopped
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Salt
Airtight Container in the Refrigerator for up to 4 days.
