Autumn Delicata Squash Salad

How to

  • Gather Tools and Ingredients, then prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • In a Small Pot, heat 1 Tbsp Butter, Caramelized Onions, chopped Sage, and Roasted Delicata Squash until warm.

  • Add Cooked Farro and 2 Tbsps Butter and warm.

  • Season with Salt.

  • Once plated, garnish with crumbled Cheese and Pickled Carrots.


  • Try adding in raw spicy Greens or torn Lettuce at the end.

  • Add any other cooked or pickled Vegetables or different Herbs.

  • Toasted Pumpkin Seeds adds a nice crunch, or use any other toasted Nut on hand.

  • Toss with our Honey Mustard Dressing for extra flavor!

  • Top with our Roasted Peppers or Cowboy Candy to change up the flavor.
