How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Crack Eggs into a Bowl and whisk together.

  • Heat Skillet on medium, add Camelina Oil, and heat for 10 seconds.

  • Add Onion to Skillet and cook until translucent.

  • Add Garlic and Bacon and cook some more.

  • Add Butter and melt. Once Butter starts to brown a little, add Salt and turn heat to low.

  • Whisk Eggs again, then add to the Pan, and with a Spatula slowly mix in the Eggs and continue mixing as Eggs cook.

  • Once the Eggs are 80% done, add the Cheese so it starts melt, then keep mixing to incorporate.

  • Serve with sliced Radishes on top for a fresh, spring taste!

Bonus!

  • Add other Vegetables (cook with the Onions).

  • Try our Fermented Garlic in place of Raw Garlic!

  • Try different types of Cheese (for Fresh Goat Cheese, crumble and add as a topping instead of cooked into Scramble).

  • Add leftover Roast Chicken.

  • Add seasonal Herbs.

  • Scrambles are a good way to use up any leftover Roasted Roots and Vegetable Sauté or any cooked Veg that you have in the Fridge.
