Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.
Crack Eggs into a Bowl and whisk together.
Heat Skillet on medium, add Camelina Oil, and heat for 10 seconds.
Add Onion to Skillet and cook until translucent.
Add Garlic and Bacon and cook some more.
Add Butter and melt. Once Butter starts to brown a little, add Salt and turn heat to low.
Whisk Eggs again, then add to the Pan, and with a Spatula slowly mix in the Eggs and continue mixing as Eggs cook.
Once the Eggs are 80% done, add the Cheese so it starts melt, then keep mixing to incorporate.
Serve with sliced Radishes on top for a fresh, spring taste!
Add other raw Vegetables (cook with the Onions), or our Roasted Peppers.
Try our Fermented Garlic in place of Raw Garlic!
Try different types of Cheese (for Fresh Goat Cheese, crumble and add as a topping instead of cooked into Scramble).
Add leftover Roast Chicken.
Add seasonal Herbs.

2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1-2 Radishes, rinsed and sliced thin
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Camelina Oil
1 tsp Salt
Airtight Container in the Fridge for up to 24 hours.
