How to

  • Gather Ingredients and Tools and prep Ingredients as indicated.

  • Crack Eggs into a Bowl and whisk together.

  • Heat Skillet on medium, add Camelina Oil, and heat for 10 seconds.

  • Add Onion to Skillet and cook until translucent.

  • Add Garlic and Bacon and cook some more.  

  • Add Butter and melt. Once Butter starts to brown a little, add Salt and turn heat to low.

  • Whisk Eggs again, then add to the Pan, and with a Spatula slowly mix in the Eggs and continue mixing as Eggs cook. 

  • Once the Eggs are 80% done, add the Cheese so it starts melt, then keep mixing to incorporate.

  • Serve with sliced Radishes on top for a fresh, spring taste!



  • 4 Eggs

  • 5 Pieces Easy Bake Bacon, chopped

  • ¼ Onion, chopped

  • ¼ Cup Cheese, shredded

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 1-2 Radishes, rinsed and sliced thin

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Camelina Oil

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • Saute Pan

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Rubber Spatula

  • Box Grater

  • Airtight Container


  • Airtight Container in the Fridge for up to 24 hours.
