Anything Scramble

  • 4 Eggs

  • ¼ Cup Bacon, chopped

  • ¼ Cup Onion, chopped

  • ¼ Cup Cheese, shredded

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Camelina Oil

  • 1 tsp Salt


  • Bowl

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

  • Whisk

  • Saute Pan

  • Measuring Cup

  • Measuring Spoons

  • Rubber Spatula

  • Airtight Container

  • Box Grater

How to:

  • Crack Eggs into a bowl and whisk together.

  • Heat Skillet on medium, add Camelina Oil, and heat for 10 seconds.

  • Add Onion to Skillet and cook until translucent.

  • Add Garlic and Bacon and sweat some more.  

  • Add Butter and melt. Once Butter starts to brown a little, add Salt and turn heat to low.

  • Whisk Eggs again, then add to the Pan and with a spatula slowly mix in the Eggs and continue mixing as Eggs cook. 

  • Once the Eggs are 80% done, add the Cheese so it starts melt and keep mixing so the Cheese is incorporated.


  • Place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.


  • Add other vegetables (cook with the Onions).

  • Try different types of Cheese.

  • Add leftover Roast Chicken.

  • Add seasonal Herbs.

  • Scrambles are a good way to use up any leftover Roasted Root Vegetables or Roasted Potatoes (or any cooked veg) that you have in the fridge.
